What to Bring
It’s important that you bring the following information to your appointment. A more complete list can be found here.
- Government Issued Photo Id (Drivers License or Passport)
- Social Security Card, Medicare card or Social Security Administration document for every individual on your tax return
- Current year tax forms.
- Checkbook or bank document if you want to direct deposit a refund or make a payment to the IRS from your bank account. amount.
